The one day detox was great! The shopping list and recipes were very easy to follow. I LOVED the Beginners Green Smoothie! I followed the recipe and it made exactly 32 oz. It was so filling I split it with my husband. Same for the cauliflower rice. Filling and satisfying. And I’m pretty sure I’ll be making lots of pineapple ice cream in my future.
