Here is yet another reason why raw foods are superior to those cooked. Cooking causes most of the water in foods to evaporate, lowering the quality of the water that remains. This is important because water is necessary for so many vital functions such as diluting the wastes of the body for their elimination, transporting nutrients to the cells, and many other vital functions of the body.
Water found in fresh food is superior to drinking water. The best water is found in fruit. Just imagine biting into a juicy, succulent fruit with all that sweet juice bursting in your mouth, that water is essential for our body. In fact, if you eat enough juicy fruits you will usually notice that you do not need to drink as much water.
The average adult body is made up of around 75% water. If we are to maintain optimal health we want to be sure that the water we take in is the best and the main way to provide this is by eating fresh, organic, raw, in-season fruit.
