Yesterday here in Los Angeles we hit a whopping 100 degrees! I am more than ready for summer so I was not complaining. But, I found myself wanting something cold like ice cream or ice water constantly. So I made a big batch of raspberry sorbet in the blender and just kept it frozen in the freezer all day. I kept running back to the freezer for more! It’s a super easy recipe that takes seconds to make, is healthy and will definitely come in handy for those hot summer days! It’s really great for the kids too because it tastes sweet like a dessert and yet they are getting nothing but a dose of healthy! Great right? 🙂

A little coconut or dried fruit (for garnish)
